rename old autoconf to autoconf2.13, new autoconf 2.60, got rid of autoconf2.5 (since now it would need to be autoconf2.60, and there is no reason to keep autoconf2.5 around... Also new m4 version

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
